FAQ

Twelve task-led answers

Each answer is sourced from the staged brand data. Nothing is invented. The FAQPage schema matches the visible answers.

Is 567 Slots a real Android app?

Yes. 567 Slots is positioned as a single-brand Android product. Version, size and update data are listed as Not published because they are not in the staged source. Open the installed app's About page for the version it reports. The install route is the brand's own first-party route at /Login/playnow; no APK is hosted on this profile page or anywhere else under this domain, and no third-party mirror is offered as a substitute.

Where does the install come from?

The install is delivered by the brand's own first-party route at /Login/playnow. No APK is hosted here. The route redirects to the brand's install destination on the device. If the route ever redirects to a different domain than the one shown in the browser address bar, stop the install and report the mismatch through the support page.

What games are inside the app?

Eight providers cover slots, spin games, card and rummy titles, plus live-dealer tables: Evolution (373), JILI (231), PG SOFT (152), Fachai (75), Pragmatic Play (70), YellowBat (58), KOOLBET (11), Originals (3). The breakdown is the published total per provider, taken from the getslots567 games index. Every title carries the provider name on its lobby card and on the help screen.

Is there a public bonus code?

A literal public code is not confirmed in the staged source. The brand relies on milestone rewards and destination-applied offers. Read the code page for the full breakdown of what is published and what is applied at the install destination.

How do I get help if the install fails?

Open /contact/ and describe the failure. Replies arrive in the same private conversation. Keep the tab open until the team responds. For a self-serve recovery, the install guide walks through the Android prompt sequence that the install shows when the source is not whitelisted.

Is the service legal where I live?

Casual gaming rules vary by region. The responsible-use page lists who the service is for and what to do if it is not legal in your location. The brand restricts access from regions where the law does not allow the product category; the install route itself checks the device location and refuses to proceed if the region is on the restricted list.

Why is version not published?

The brand profile does not include version, APK size or update data. Open the installed app's About page for the version it reports, or contact support for a specific build number. The profile page lists the fields the staged source confirms (platform, category, brand name, app ID and install source) and marks everything else as Not published rather than guessing.

What does the VIP program offer?

15 levels with daily guaranteed bonus from ₹1 to ₹100, level-up bonus from ₹5 to ₹10,000, slots cashback from 3% to 10%, and free withdrawal limits from ₹10 Lakhs to ₹50 Lakhs. Full table on the VIP page. The VIP program is automatic above ₹1,000 in total bets - there is no opt-in step.

How does Refer & Earn work?

Two milestones: a signup bonus plus a second bonus when the friend completes their first play or hits the effective turnover threshold. Read the promotions page for the current amounts. The bonus pays automatically to the referrer's wallet once the referred friend qualifies; the referrer does not need to claim it.

Can I install on iOS?

The brand profile covers Android. iOS availability is not confirmed in the staged source. If an iOS build is published in the future, the install route and the FAQ here will be updated alongside the announcement.

What if the icon doesn't match?

Uninstall and use /contact/ to report the mismatch with the brand. Do not enter account details into an app whose icon does not match the brand profile. The published icon mark is the same as the one shown in the brand header on every page of this profile.

How do I change my cookies?

Use the Cookie settings button in the footer or revisit /cookies/. Strictly necessary cookies run by default; optional categories stay off until you accept. The cookie consent banner appears on the first visit and remembers the choice on subsequent visits.

What is the wallet split?

The wallet is split into two balances: deposit cash (real money, withdrawable any time) and Gullak cash (bonus money, becomes withdrawable after the published wagering is met). The split is shown on the wallet card inside the app. Different game categories contribute differently to the wagering meter - slots and spin games contribute 100%, live-dealer contributes 20%, sports and fantasy contribute 100% (with a separate minimum-odds rule).

Can I play for free first?

Yes. Most providers publish a demo mode for their titles; the demo runs on virtual credits and does not affect the real wallet. The rummy shelf also has a free-practice lane with the same rules as the cash tables. Winnings on free-play and demo modes are not redeemable.

How the FAQ is reviewed

The FAQ here is reviewed by the FAQ desk every quarter. The review covers the 12 task-led answers, the FAQPage JSON-LD schema, and the cross-links into the install, features, promos and VIP pages. Anything the staged source cannot confirm is removed from the answer list rather than left as a placeholder.

The FAQPage JSON-LD schema is kept in lockstep with the visible answers. The visible answers use the same question text as the schema, so the structured-data answer text matches what the user reads. The schema is what the search engines use to surface rich results; the visible answers are what the user actually reads.

The quarterly review does not change the schema definition, only the answers inside it. The schema structure is fixed; the answers inside it are updated.

Where to go next

From the FAQ to the install, the VIP table or the support inbox

If the FAQ covered the topic but the action still needs to happen, the install guide walks through the Android prompt sequence. If the question was about VIP mechanics, the VIP table shows every level and every published field. If the question was about a specific failed install or a wrong icon, the support page connects the wallet to the brand team.

For questions about a specific campaign card (Cashback, Daily Race, Refer & Earn and so on), the promotions page documents every published card. For questions about the games lobby, the games page covers the provider split and the RTP / volatility disclosure.

For questions that the FAQ does not cover and that no published page covers, the support inbox is the only channel. The inbox is operated by the brand team, replies arrive in the same private conversation, and the typical reply time is under one business day.

How the FAQ is structured

12 task-led answers, one structured-data block

The FAQ here is organised around the task a visitor is trying to complete. The first six answers cover the install and the account (Is 567 Slots a real Android app? Where does the install come from? etc.); the next six cover the games, the VIP program and the cookies.

Each answer is sourced from the staged brand data. Anything the staged source cannot confirm is removed from the answer rather than left as a placeholder. The visible answers use the same question text as the FAQPage JSON-LD schema, so the structured-data answer text matches what the user reads.

The FAQPage JSON-LD schema is what the search engines use to surface rich results. The schema is published in the head of this FAQ; the visible answers are in the body. The two are kept in lockstep at every quarterly review.

Anything the staged source cannot confirm is removed from the answer list rather than left as a placeholder.

The review does not change the schema definition, only the answers inside it. The schema structure is fixed; the answers inside it are updated.

The quarterly review also covers the cross-links. Each FAQ answer that points to another page on this domain is verified to point to a live page; broken cross-links are removed or replaced during the review.

What the FAQ does not cover

The questions that go to the support inbox

The FAQ here covers the 12 most common task-led questions. Anything outside that set - account-specific issues, payment disputes, individual bonus accruals, regulatory questions that require identity verification - is not covered here and goes to the support inbox instead.

The support inbox is the only channel for account-specific questions. The brand team has access to the wallet history, the bonus accruals and the KYC documents; the FAQ desk does not. Asking the FAQ desk for an account-specific answer would just route the question to the support inbox anyway.

The typical support reply time is under one business day. VIP11 and above are routed to the priority lane with a published response-time target of under four business hours. The priority lane also unlocks the named-account feature.

How to phrase a question

What the support team needs to see

The support team works faster when the question includes the wallet's registered mobile or email, the device's Android version, and the exact error message or the exact behaviour that was unexpected. Screenshots help when the question is about a visual issue (wrong icon, missing button, blank screen).

The support team cannot read the wallet balance, the bet history or the bonus accruals without explicit consent. The consent is granted when the wallet signs in and uses the support form inside the app; the same consent is implied when the user opens a ticket through the brand web portal.

For questions about a specific campaign card (which contribution rate applies, which games are excluded from the wagering meter), the campaign card inside the app is the source of truth. The support team can read the campaign card and answer the question without routing it to the FAQ desk.
