What stays the same

Cashback rate, daily bonus and level-up bonus all rise with the level

From VIP1 to VIP15 the daily guaranteed bonus rises from ₹1 to ₹100, the slots cashback rate rises from 3% to 10%, and the level-up bonus rises from ₹5 to ₹10,000. Free withdrawal limits move from ₹10 Lakhs at the entry levels to ₹50 Lakhs from VIP11.

Cashback rates differ by category: slots 3 to 10%, rummy 0.3 to 1%, fantasy 0.5 to 1.7%. The full column-by-column reading is in the table above.

How the daily bonus is paid

3 to 30 days, by level

The daily guaranteed bonus is paid over a window that scales with the level - 3 days at VIP1 through VIP5, 5 days at VIP6 through VIP10, 7 days at VIP11 and VIP12, 14 days at VIP13 and VIP14, and 30 days at VIP15. The total bonus paid across the window is the published daily figure multiplied by the window length.

The payment lands in the deposit-cash balance, not the Gullak balance, so the daily guaranteed bonus is withdrawable as soon as it lands - there is no wagering requirement on this specific bonus. Other VIP-related bonuses (level-up, cashback, weekly bonus) have their own rules; each campaign card inside the app names the contribution and the wagering rate before you accept the offer.

Maintenance

What inactivity does to your level

VIP levels are reviewed by the brand on a published cycle. The published rule is that a wallet may be moved down a level after prolonged inactivity - the brand's terms reserve the right to apply maintenance at any time. In practice, the maintenance rule is applied to wallets that have not placed a settled bet for more than 30 days, and the move is typically one level down rather than a hard reset.

The wallet is not closed by maintenance; the wallet stays active, the bonus accruals pause until the next settled bet, and the next settled bet resumes the original level if the level was not yet moved down. The maintenance rule is published on the brand's terms page and is not negotiable on a per-wallet basis.

FAQ on the VIP program

4 quick answers
Do I lose my VIP level if I stop playing?

The published maintenance rule allows the brand to move a wallet down a level after prolonged inactivity (typically 30 days without a settled bet). The wallet stays active and the next bet resumes the level-up path.

Is the daily bonus paid in cash or in bonus money?

The daily guaranteed bonus is paid into the deposit-cash balance and is withdrawable as soon as it lands. The level-up bonus, cashback and weekly bonus have their own rules - the campaign card always names the contribution and the wagering rate.

How do free withdrawal limits work?

The free withdrawal limit is the total rupee amount you can withdraw in a published period without paying the brand's withdrawal fee. The limit is per period, not per transaction; once the period is over, the allowance resets. The number of fee-free withdrawals per period is also published on the table (1 at VIP1, 3 from VIP11).

Does VIP enrollment happen retroactively?

No. The enrollment clock starts the day after the ₹1,000 threshold is crossed and there is no retroactive bonus for the day you crossed. The level-up bonus is paid once on the day the wallet crosses each new level, also without retroactivity.

Cashback by category

Slots, rummy and fantasy rates

Cashback rates differ by category. Slots cashback runs from 3% at VIP1 to 10% at VIP15. Rummy cashback runs from 0.3% at VIP1 to 1% at VIP15. Fantasy cashback runs from 0.5% at VIP1 to 1.7% at VIP15. The rates are applied to net losses over the published cycle and credited automatically to the deposit-cash balance.

The cycle is typically a 24-hour window for slots and a 7-day window for rummy and fantasy. The exact window is published on the VIP card inside the app; the cycle resets at the published time and the cashback is credited within minutes of the cycle close.

Cashback is not paid on bonus money. The cycle calculation runs on the deposit-cash balance only - any bet placed using Gullak cash is excluded from the cashback calculation. The same rule applies to the level-up bonus and the weekly bonus: only deposit-cash bets count toward the cycle.

Withdrawal mechanics

Free limits, free withdrawals and the fee

The published free withdrawal limit is the total rupee amount that can be withdrawn in a published period without paying the brand's withdrawal fee. The limit is per period, not per transaction - a single withdrawal of the full allowance uses the whole period's quota. The number of fee-free withdrawals per period is also published on the table.

Once the period is over, the allowance resets. Withdrawals above the free limit carry the published fee (typically 2% to 5% of the amount above the limit); the fee is deducted from the withdrawal before it lands in the destination bank account or wallet.

Withdrawals are processed through the same payments rail used for deposits - UPI, IMPS, NEFT and selected wallets. The destination is the registered bank account or wallet on file; withdrawals to a different destination require an additional verification step through the support inbox.

Editorial lead

How the VIP table is reviewed

The VIP table on this page is reviewed by the editorial desk every quarter. The review covers every field on every level - daily bonus, paid-over window, slots cashback, rummy cashback, fantasy cashback, level-up bonus, free withdrawal limit and free withdrawal count. Any change the brand publishes is reflected on this page within the same quarter.

The table is published in full, including every level from VIP1 to VIP15. The brand does not publish a partial table; the published table is the only table that applies. The same table is mirrored on the in-app VIP card, and the two are kept in lockstep.

The quarterly review does not change the level-up threshold logic. The level-up is automatic - once total bets cross the published threshold for the next level, the wallet is moved up and the level-up bonus is paid once.

Comparing levels

Where the biggest jumps happen

Across the 15 levels, three jumps are the most visible. The first is the move from VIP5 to VIP6 - the daily bonus window stretches from 3 days to 5 days, the slots cashback rises from 4% to 5% and the free withdrawal limit doubles from ₹10 Lakhs to ₹20 Lakhs. The second is the move from VIP10 to VIP11 - the daily bonus window stretches from 5 days to 7 days and the free withdrawal limit doubles again from ₹20 Lakhs to ₹50 Lakhs. The third is the move from VIP12 to VIP13 - the daily bonus window stretches from 7 days to 14 days, doubling the paid-over period without changing the per-day bonus amount.

Below VIP5, the levels move in small increments - daily bonus rises from ₹1 to ₹10, level-up bonus rises from ₹5 to ₹30, slots cashback stays at 3% to 4%. The entry levels are designed to be reachable: a wallet that crosses ₹1,000 in bets reaches VIP1 quickly and the early bonuses pay out before the wallet moves on.

Between VIP5 and VIP10, the levels are designed to be the steady-state zone for an active wallet. Daily bonus is ₹10 to ₹50, level-up bonus is ₹30 to ₹500, slots cashback is 4% to 7%, free withdrawal limit is ₹10 to ₹20 Lakhs and the daily bonus window is 5 days.

Above VIP10, the levels are designed for the high-volume wallet. Daily bonus is ₹50 to ₹100, level-up bonus is ₹500 to ₹10,000, slots cashback is 7% to 10%, free withdrawal limit is ₹50 Lakhs and the daily bonus window stretches from 7 days to 30 days.

Priority support lane

What changes above VIP11

The support inbox is the same for every wallet in the brand network. The difference above VIP11 is the priority lane - VIP11 and above are routed to a dedicated support queue with a published response-time target of under four business hours, compared to the under one business day target for the rest of the network.

The priority lane also unlocks the named-account feature - the support team uses the wallet's registered name in replies, and the support history is retained for the full published retention window rather than the default retention window.

The priority lane does not change the published terms. The brand reserves the right to suspend or close any wallet that breaches the terms, regardless of VIP level. The priority lane affects only response time and account handling, not the published rules.
