Acceptance
By using the brand profile you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the brand profile. The brand profile is limited to the brand profile, the apps list and the policy pages; the install route at /Login/playnow is owned by the brand and is governed by the brand's own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the brand profile or scrape content for republication, misrepresent your identity when contacting support, or use the brand profile to harass the brand network. Misuse may result in access being restricted.
Route ownership
The /Login/playnow route is owned by the brand. The brand profile does not host the install, the APK, the account system or the games. The route is referenced here because it is the only install path the brand profile offers.
No warranty
The brand profile is provided as-is. The brand profile reflects what the staged source confirms; nothing here is a warranty about the brand app, the games, the VIP program or any financial outcome.
Limitation of liability
The brand profile is not liable for losses arising from use of the brand app, the install route or the brand's own pages. The brand's own terms govern those services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction identified on the legal page. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
